The Argyle Inn offers an honest, simply prepared menu, made from seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and vendors.
Come and enjoy a casual eating experience, in the Bistro or bar, or in good weather, the courtyard in the kitchen garden is the place to be.
As a start a grazing plate of local olives, antipasti and charcuterie with a glass of Freeman prosecco, a Clonakilla riesling or one of five Capital ales on tap. Pie and salad, hand cut pasta, goat’s cheese ravioli, beef chilli con carne and spatchcock are staples on the bar menu. On Friday nights paella is the speciality.
Otherwise, leave it to them and have the house meal – three courses.
Saturday night in the dining room is the pick of the week, where you can enjoy a five course shared set menu.
They seat a maximum of 45 so bookings are essential. Dinner in the Dining Room starts at 7pm so arrive early to enjoy a drink at the Bar.
Select from a carefully crafted wine list, cocktails and craft beers or cider on tap.
